4) "Negative stalled". Take the horizontal position so that the head almost touches the floor. Do the exercise on the right side in a bent position. With the toe of the upper leg, lean against the floor. Do everything on your left side. Note: Push the far elbow to the body. You can not lean back.

5) "Finta misalo di compass". Bend the right leg at right angles, and pull the left one to the side. Lift your left hand up, and use the right hand as a support. Do the same by turning the other way. Note: It is necessary to stretch the back of the thigh. Hands form a line. The far leg is on the heel, and the sock is pulled over.

6) Bend the right leg at a right angle, and pull the left one to the side. Do the slopes forward, with one hand leaned behind, the other - in front.

7) Finta Armada. Raise your hands up, bend them at the elbows. Legs cross to the cross. Make a turn around this axis from this position. Note: The feet are fully pressed to the floor, and the arms are bent at the elbows at a right angle.

8) Sit on the floor (position "Cheda di quattro"). Hands take it back and use it as a support. Do rotational movements with your pelvis and heels.

9) The position is the same as in point No. 8. Raise the straight right leg, grasp the sock with your right hand. Do the same on the other side. Remark: Keep your balance.

10) Sit squatting, leaning your hands on the floor. Get up in this position as if you are making leans forward. Note: Straighten your knees. If the hands come off the floor, touch it with at least the phalanges of your fingers.

11) Lean on the floor with one leg and hands. Raise your other foot up and try to start as far back as possible. Note: It is necessary for the load of hands. Reliance on the elbow. The supporting leg should not be torn off the floor.

12) "Finta de macaque". Make a bridge, but hold one arm bent at the top. Try to bend better.

13) Combination of two exercises. The legs are bent at the knees. Put the right foot on the floor, as in meditation. Horizontally arrange in front of her left arm, bent at the elbow. Use the right one for support. Maximally press yourself against the floor. Stand on your hands. Lift your legs in turn. Bend and unbend them. Note: At the first steps, do each of the two exercises separately.
