- Mackerel - 1 Kilogram (2-3 pieces (depending on the size of the fish))
- Salt - 1.5 teaspoons
- Ground pepper - 1 pinch
- Flour - 100-150 Grams (You can use ground bread crumbs instead of flour - someone like it.)
- Dry spicy spices - 1 pinch (you can add your favorite dry spices to the fish, I use universal spices for fish)
- Oil for frying - 100 Grams (Fish can be fried in vegetable oil, and you can mix vegetable and cream.)
Remove the mackerel, wash, cut off the head. Cut into not very large pieces. Pieces of fish pepper, salt, sprinkle with a mixture of spices and leave in a bowl for 15 minutes for marinating. We put a frying pan with butter on medium heat and, when it is sufficiently heated, we pile fish in flour and fry. Fry until a pleasant golden crust. If the fish is not fried during the frying process, you can cover the pan with a lid at the end of cooking and protrude the fish for another 10 minutes on low heat.
