- Beef - 300 Grams
- Pepper Bulgarian red - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 1 Piece
- Cucumber - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Pepper spicy dried - 1 Piece
- A piece of ginger root - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 40 milliliters
In the wok we warm up the vegetable oil (you can also olive), quickly fry in it on high heat, our hot dried pepper. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the pepper changes color. Pepper is removed, instead of it we put in the wok cut small cubes of beef. Stirring, fry meat for 3-4 minutes, then add to it a large sliced ginger. Continue to fry, stirring constantly. Next, add the wok rubbed on an average grater carrots. Stir, fry literally minutes and a half. Next, put the wok rubbed on the same medium grater potatoes. Fry another couple of minutes. Then add the sliced pepper in small pieces into the wok. A minute later, a large-sliced apple. After another two minutes, add a shredded cucumber to the wok. Now pour all the soy sauce, add a little sesame oil and fry another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. The output should be something similar to what you see in the photo. Meat in Chinese is ready!
