Instructions

• Step 1 To make the filling, you need to take cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolk, egg, powdered sugar, vanillin and salt.
• Step 2 Cottage cheese rub through a sieve.
• Step 3 Add the yolk, vanillin, sour cream and salt to the curd.
• Step 4 Wipe the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
• Step 5 To prepare the dough for the skins, take milk, top grade wheat flour, chicken eggs, sour cream, sugar and salt.
• Step 6 Separate the yolks from the proteins.
• Step 7 Yolks grind with sour cream.
• Step 8 In the mixture add sugar, salt and pour in the milk.
• Step 9 Stir the mass and add the sifted flour.
• Step 10 Stir the dough until smooth.
• Step 11 Whisk the whites into a steep foam.
