Ingredients:- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 head
- Onion white 1 pc.
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Salt 2 g
- Black pepper powder 2 g
- Nutmeg 2 gr
- Water 400 ml
- Step 1 To make a cream soup, take a zucchini, a small head of garlic, an onion, water or vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg.
- Step 2 Finely chop the garlic, onions.
- Step 3 In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil, add the garlic, pass for 5 minutes. Then add the onions and hold on the fire for another 5 minutes.
- Step 4 Cut the zucchini into cubes.
- Step 5 Add the zucchini to the garlic and onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Pour the vegetables with boiled water. Cook until ready for 15 minutes.
- Step 7 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and ground nutmeg.
- Step 8 Remove from heat. Strain the vegetables. Pure the vegetables with a blender.
- Step 9 Pour vegetable mashed potatoes with broth. Put on the fire. Boil. The soup is ready. Serve with croutons.
