- water - 2.5 cups (warm)
- yeast - 3/4 Art. spoons
- flour - 3 1/4 Cups
- salt - 1 pinch
Mix yeast in a bowl with 1.5 glasses of warm water. Add 3 and 1/4 cups of flour and a generous pinch of salt. Knead with hands and leave for 30 minutes. Dough to increase 2 times. The dough will be sticky and very elastic. We tear off a piece the size of an apple. Place on a floured surface. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Fry the cake in a preheated pan with medium heat. Turn over after approx. 2 minutes. Close the lid for about 1 minute. Indian cake is ready! Bon Appetit!
