Finely chop parsley and green onions. Grind the nuts. Nettle with a boiling water or dip it into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Throw the nettle in a colander, wring out the water and cut the leaves. Mix nettle, parsley and spring onions, salt and season with vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar. Spread the salad on plates, sprinkle with nuts and decorate with slices of boiled eggs. Bon Appetit!
