Salad of vegetables and bread This is an Italian salad of vegetables and bread. Italian cuisine takes care of the remnants of food and this recipe makes it possible to use bread that has remained since yesterday and is no longer so soft. Slices of dried bread absorb the juice of the salad and become softer and tastier. If the skin of cucumbers is hard, then it is better to cut it. I also cut the bread before the frying.
Ingredients:- Tomatoes 300 g
- Cucumbers 170g
- Onion purple 70 g
- Basil green fresh 30 g
- Bread white 200 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 4 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mixture of peppers 2 g
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: vegetables greens, butter and bread.
- Step 2 Rinse the tomatoes, cut into slices and put into a salad bowl.
- Step 3 Add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add olive oil, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Step 4 Then add crushed cucumbers and basil, slices of bread, fried in a dry pan to the salad bowl.
- Step 5 Stir and immediately serve.
