1. In a saucepan with boiling salted water add macaroni and cook until ready, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and put the pasta aside. Reserve 1/2 cup of liquid remaining after cooking. Fry the chopped bacon in a medium frying pan over medium heat until brown. 2. Finely chop the leeks. Add the chopped leeks to the bacon and fry 8 minutes. 3. When you add leeks, you can also add one or two pieces of butter at will - this will give the dish a delicious flavor. You can add it after the bacon is finally ready. 4. After 8-10 minutes of frying, pour the wine and cook for 1-2 minutes until the liquid is reduced in volume by half. 5. Reduce the heat to a minimum, then pour in the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the Parmesan cheese. 6. Add cooked pasta in fried bacon with onion. Add a little macaroni liquid until the desired consistency is obtained. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
