In a large saucepan with boiling salted water boil the pasta until cooked. Put 1/2 cup of water left after cooking. Drain the water and return the pasta to the pan. While the pasta is boiled, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook, stirring until the garlic is golden, from 1 to 2 minutes. Add broccoli and 1/2 cup water, season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until the broccoli begins to soften, about 8 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the water evaporates and the broccoli is ready, 1 to 2 minutes. In a pan with pasta add a mixture of broccoli, parmesan and a sufficient amount of water.
