Cod in tomato sauce

1. Remove the skin from the cod. Peel and finely chop onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and fry for 7 minutes until the onion turns golden. Stir frequently, so that the onions are evenly prepared. Twist the fire to a mild one and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add water if the sauce becomes dry. 2. Gently add the cod fillets to the tomato sauce, cover and let it simmer for about 8 minutes, until cooked. At the last minute, cook over medium heat. Serve immediately on pre-heated plates. On the side dish, you can drop green beans, fried in oil. Boiled young potatoes will also be a great addition to the cod in tomato sauce.
