- minced turkey - 450 Grams
- Pasta "Butterfly" - 5 Cups

- garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
1. Fry the minced turkey in a small frying pan until brown. While the minced meat is fried, bring the salted water in a large saucepan to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until ready, according to the instructions on the package. 2. Fold the pasta in a colander, drain the water and put it over the roasted minced meat. Pour the pasta with olive oil. 3. Add the sauce for pasta to spaghetti or pizza and gently mix. 4. Add salt, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, grated Mozzarella cheese and sour cream to the frying pan. You can also add fresh garlic or basil if desired - the dish will have a stunning scent. Gently mix all the ingredients together and fry over low heat for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Spread on plates and serve immediately. The dish can be served with extra Parmesan cheese, Iceberg salad and slices of warm bread.
