Pasta with pork The three main ingredients of this dish - pasta penne, pork flesh and sweet peppers - perfectly match with each other, as a result we get a hearty, tasty, real homemade dish for a family dinner! I prefer to use in this recipe exactly the multicolored (red, yellow and green) sweet pepper - so the dish looks bright and appetizing!
Ingredients:- Paste curly 400 g
- Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Pepper sweet 10 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onions 1 pc.
- Pork pulp 400g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of penne with pork and sweet pepper, we will need a penne pasta, pork, sweet pepper of different colors, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, ground paprika, refined vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Pork flesh cut into neat little pieces.
- Step 3 Sweet pepper, cut out seeds and internal septa and cut as well as pork, long strips.
- Step 4 In a heated frying pan in a small amount of sunflower refined oil fry the pork, salt in the process of roasting.
