Let's start with the preparation of cherry sauce. We put the cherry in a saucepan, add sugar and half a glass of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the starch diluted in a small amount (half a cup) of water to the cherry sauce, stir and stir for 2-3 minutes. The sauce will thicken a little, and we will only have to grind it with a blender to homogeneity. Cherry sauce is ready - we pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, let it cool down a little. The usual way to prepare pancakes. Beat the whisk with flour, eggs, milk, a little butter. To taste - salt and sugar. On the frying pan smeared with butter, fry pancakes. The thinner the pancakes are, the better, so pour a little dough on the frying pan, literally 2 tablespoons. When all the pancakes are baked, immediately serve them with a slightly chilled cherry sauce. Mmmm, yummy :) You can decorate with almond shavings or powdered sugar.
