But nuts are not simple!

Pine nuts are a delicacy from which very few will refuse: it is tasty and very useful! Nutritional and healing properties of pine nuts are explained by the qualitative composition of fats, proteins and other substances contained in them. For example, fats are characterized by a high level of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which provides the body with reliable antioxidant protection, contributes to the prolongation of youth and longevity. The composition of nuts includes also arigin. This amino acid is extremely important for a growing body, so in the diet of children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, cedar nuts will be very useful. Due to the high content of fat-splitting vitamin E cedar delicacy helps regulate fat metabolism. In the case of a lack of vitamin E, the fat balance is broken in the body and we, even after exhausting ourselves with a rigid diet, can begin to recover. Also, vitamin E (tocopherol) is very important for ensuring a complete heredity, because in translation from Greek "tocopherol" means "carrying offspring." If you want to eat cedar nuts, be careful when buying them. Since industrial cleaning of the shell often uses high temperatures, destroying useful substances, choose nuts in their natural "packaging". But do not chew nuts: this is fraught with problems with teeth. Pour the nuts with boiling water, stand for 3-4 minutes and drain the water: the shell will become softer.

Miracle oil

Cedar oil is a real delicacy, which in its nutritional value surpasses the best varieties of olive oil obtained from olives. This valuable product of dietary, children's and sports nutrition is rich in vitamins and mineral elements, it is easily absorbed by the body. Cedar oil can be well added to salads, soups and cereals, but it should not be fried: when fried, it, like all vegetable oils (except olive oil), is highly oxidized. Being a natural product, cedar oil has no contraindications and does not cause side reactions. Experience of traditional medicine and modern clinical studies have shown that the regular use of cedar oil restores strength, eliminates the chronic fatigue syndrome, increases efficiency and positively affects the potency in men. Oil is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, promotes rapid recovery in case of flu, colds, laryngitis and tracheitis. For preventive purposes, it is recommended to slowly dissolve 1 tsp. oil for 30-60 minutes. before meals 2-3 times a day for 40-60 days. Specialists consider it extremely undesirable to contact cedar oil with a metal, as the processes of transition of unsaturated fatty acids into saturated acids are triggered, which significantly reduces the antioxidant properties of the product.
