- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Flour - 3 Cups
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato paste - 1,5 cups
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Mozzarella cheese - 250 Grams
- Ham - 6 Slices
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Bulb red - 1 piece
- Champignons - 6 pieces
- Black olives - 6 pieces
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Mix all the ingredients for the dough - water, yeast, honey, olive oil, flour and salt. Stir well and knead from this dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. While the dough rises, let's make sauce. We mix tomato paste, chopped garlic and spices in a saucepan (I have basil and oregano). We put the saucepan on a moderate fire and cook it all until the mass is reduced in volume by about half. Approached dough sprinkle with olive oil, a little more mash. Roll the dough on a baking sheet, lightly oiled. Evenly distribute the sauce over the dough. Then lay out on the pizza our stuffing - mushrooms, ham, cheese, tomatoes, olives, onions. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. We serve hot.
