Fast dough for pizza It's no secret that for most, a good pizza begins with a test. Some love the subtle, slightly crunchy, the more pristine and so that the fillings more fit. Whichever version you like, you will agree that the dough should be soft, melting in the mouth and at the same time fast, not requiring much effort and time. Most of my friends, the hardest part of making pizza, is exactly the dough. So I decided to start looking for an impeccable and simple test. And imagine, I found it. Light (in all senses), delicious, tender - the ideal basis for your favorite pizza. With such a test, your pizza will always turn out to be nice!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Water 90 ml
- Dry yeast 1 tsp.
- Honey 10g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 You will need: flour, warm water (not hot), dry yeast, honey, salt, olive oil.
- Step 2 Pour in a bowl of warm (but not hot) water. Add the yeast and honey. Stir well.
- Step 3 Add the olive oil and salt.
- Step 4 Sift the flour.
- Step 5 Start kneading the dough.
- Step 6 At first it may seem that it is lumpy, but this is the norm. When the flour absorbs all the water, start kneading the dough with your hands.
- Step 7 Mix until smooth, elastic, non-sticky dough is obtained.
- Step 8 Leave the dough for 10-15 minutes in a warm place. During this time it will increase in volume approximately in 1,5 times.
- Step 9 It is better to stretch the dough with your hands in the form. The average thickness of the dough should be 0.5 cm.
