Torn chicken To admit, I've never liked the name of this salad, but you can not throw words out of the song, as they say - boiled chicken meat just breaks into fibers, and is not cut, so this salad has such a strange name. The salad itself, on the contrary, turns out to be very tasty, we often take it as an honorable place among the appetizers on the festive table - the balanced and harmonious taste of all components makes it so popular, it is quite hearty, nutritious and high-calorie. Be sure to try it - you will like it!
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 800g
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 10 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare a salad "Ragged Chicken" we will need chicken fillet, eggs, mushrooms, fresh parsley, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Connect the raw chicken eggs and 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.
- Step 3 Mix them a little, add salt (about 2 pinch) and black ground pepper.
- Step 4 Beat whisk until a homogeneous omelet mass is obtained.
- Step 5 In a large frying pan, oiled with sunflower refined oil, from the resulting omelet mass fry thin egg pancakes. A total of about 6 pancakes - their number depends on the diameter of the pan, but pancakes must necessarily be thin!
- Step 6 Cool the egg pancakes and chop them with strips 5 cm long and 1 cm wide.
- Step 7 Champignons are good for me, if desired, we remove the skin from the hats and cut into plates.
- Step 8 Fry on high heat in a small amount of sunflower refined oil. Transfer the fried mushrooms on a paper towel, so that the excess oil is absorbed, then onto the plate and cool.
- Step 9 In salted water, cook until ready chicken fillet, cool and bury it on the fibers.
- Step 10 We combine in a deep bowl the cooled mushrooms, "noodles" from egg pancakes and chicken meat.
- Step 11 Grind the green parsley and garlic, add to the rest of the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise.
- Step 12 Stir. This salad must be left in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
