Ingredients:- Steamed rice 230 g
- Pork tenderloin 200 g
- White cabbage 250 g

- Margarine 40 g
- Garlic 1 clove

- Step 1 To prepare the dish you need to take pork pulp, fresh cabbage, fresh sweet red pepper, onions, mushrooms (preferably mushrooms), rice, broth, vegetable oil, garlic, black pepper and salt.
- Step 2 Finely chop the cabbage.
- Step 3 At the pod of sweet pepper remove the stem and seeds with the seeds, cut it along into four parts, and then each quarter of the chunk crosswise with thin straws.
- Step 4 Mushrooms clean and cut into slices.
- Step 5 Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then each halve into thin semicircles.

- Step 10 Rinse in a few waters until the liquid is completely clear, then pour a large amount of water and cook until half cooked, then rinse, put in a colander and drain.
- Step 11 Put the rice into the meat and vegetables, mix and cook until rice is ready.
- Step 12 Dish strew finely chopped garlic and ground pepper, add salt to taste, stir and boil on very low heat for 3 minutes.
