Recipe one: Tiffany's classic salad
This dish can be served in a deep salad bowl, but it will look more impressive if you apply small individual bowls. So, if you can, prepare this dish.
Necessary ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) - 500-600 g
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Cheese (gouda or Dutch) - 200 g
- Grapes of white varieties (preferably pitted) - 500 g
- Walnuts (chopped) - half a cup
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley)
- Mayonnaise for refueling
How to cook
Chicken fillet must be boiled in salt water until ready, then cool it and cut into small straws. Sliced meat should be fried in vegetable oil until the golden crust. Then sprinkle the meat with curry spice and leave to cool, having drained the oil.
Boiled hard-boiled eggs and cheese are rubbed on a large grater. Walnuts must be cut as small as possible.
Grapes mine, separate from the bones (if any) and cut each berry across.
The preparatory part is over, now you can do the most intriguing - laying out the ingredients. For the lower layer we use meat. Cover the top with mayonnaise. Then follow the nuts. The next layer will be cheese and again chopped nuts.
Do not forget to spread on each tier with mayonnaise. This sequence must be repeated in the same order. The topmost layer is grape berries. Freshly chopped herbs adorn the sides of the salad or the top layer.
"Tiffany" salad: recipe with almonds
This version of the recipe is distinguished by the fact that almonds are used instead of walnuts, and the sequence of layers is somewhat different.
Required Products
- Chicken boiled fillet - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Cheese (Parmesan or Roquefort) - 150 g
- White or green grapes - 150-200 g
- Curry - 2 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise - 100-150 g
- Vegetable oil for roasting
How to cook
Chicken fillet cook until ready in slightly salted water. Boiled meat is rolled in the curry season, then we put it in a frying pan with butter. Fry until you see a light crust. Then roasted meat should be cut into small cubes. Lay the first layer of meat and cover with mayonnaise. After crumbling chopped almonds (not all at once, but half of the amount).
Above the almonds sprinkle with grated cheese, grease with mayonnaise and again lined with nuts. The next tier is finely chopped eggs, then again impregnated with mayonnaise.
With the remaining nuts, sprinkle the egg and cover with mayonnaise dressing. At the end we make a carpet of grape slices.
