- red cabbage - 1/2 Pieces (grind into 6 cups)
- green cabbage - 1/2 Pieces (grind into 6 cups)
- salt - 1 st. a spoon
- spinach - 4 cups (cut into strips)
- lime juice - 1/4 cup
- salt mustard - 1 st. a spoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
- peanut butter - 1/4 cup
- roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
- black pepper - 1 pinch
Cut the red and green cabbage. Put in a bowl and salt. Add spinach chopped in small strips. Beetroot mix in a bowl of lemon juice, mustard and cumin. Add a thin trickle of peanut butter. Now you can mix salad with dressing and sprinkle with fried nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Salad can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
