Gold grows on a tree - everyone who has seen the sea-buckthorn bush in the middle of autumn knows. Bright radiant berries, densely strewn fragile twigs, do not leave any room for doubt: the sea-buckthorn is born for health and joy! Literally, in every golden drop of nature, according to its own idea, it has invested so many useful substances that the sea-buckthorn has long occupied a leading place on the world pedestal of medicinal honor. Clever housewives about this turned up and began to actively freeze and preserve berries for the winter in puree, compotes without cooking, jam and jam "pyatiminutke" with sugar. - Fresh berries of sea buckthorn rinse, discard on a sieve, and then dry on a clean flap of natural cloth.
- Boil water in a saucepan, remove the vessel from the fire. In boiling water dip the berries for 3-5 minutes and drain the liquid back into the pan.
- In the drained liquid, dissolve the sugar, boil the syrup. Berries of sea-buckthorn are passed through a sieve, mashed potatoes in sugar syrup.
