If you want to use this seafood as a snack for beer, then you can use soy sauce. They pour the prawns heated in the microwave, and squeeze out the lemon (or lime) from above. Take 300 g of sour cream (15%), a bunch of dill, garlic (3 teeth), salt. In sour cream add the crushed dill and garlic, mix and salt.

Grilled shrimp sauce

In the container squeeze out two lemons, add a bit of grated ginger root and 3 cloves of garlic. Mix everything with 100 ml of vegetable oil (pour in a thin trickle), 50 ml of soy sauce and 2 tsp. honey. Then add 200 g of melted butter. Let it brew in the fridge for 15 minutes.

White sauce with shrimps

Mix 150 ml of sour cream and mayonnaise, add salt, pepper, and put on a small fire, stirring constantly. Sauce to cook for 10 minutes.
