Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Fill the form with parchment paper and grease with oil. Bring the water in a saucepan to a boil. In a large heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the chocolate. Allow to cool to room temperature. Using an electric mixer, whisk eggs, sugar, salt and rum until a thick consistency, about 3 minutes. Add half the egg mixture to the chilled chocolate. Gradually add the remaining egg mixture and whipped cream. Put the dough into a mold and smoothen it with a spoon. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into thin slices and serve.
