And now it's really easier now - lay out our ready meat in a mixer, add eggs, cream, milk, and also salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste. Shake it all together for about two minutes. It should turn out to be a light, homogeneous and, as it were, "foamy" mass. 3. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, and put our light weight into it. And - into the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (for this simple recipe, the soufflé of minced meat is not recommended to be checked with toothpicks, it's better just gently lift it with a spatula - as soon as it starts to lag easily, so you can turn off the oven). As you can see, a souffle made from minced meat at home is very simple!
