Ingredients:

• Butter 112 g
• Salt 1 pinch
• Baking powder 1 tsp.
• Flour, wheat 250 g
• Sour cream 200 g
• Vanillin 2 g
• Eggs chicken 2 pcs.

• Hazelnut 50 g
• Chocolate black 50 g
• Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
• Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
• Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
• Butter 60 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare sour cream cake, you need to take: sugar, chocolate, cinnamon, cocoa, nuts, butter; for the dough: flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanillin, sour cream, baking powder, salt.
• Step 2 Prepare the chocolate mixture. Cold butter cut into small cubes, lightly roast nuts, peel and shred, chop the pieces, add cinnamon, sugar, cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. l. flour.
• Step 3 Mix the mixture well (do not knead the butter pieces!). Put in the refrigerator.
• Step 4 Flour, salt, vanillin and baking powder. Mix.
• Step 5 Beat the softened butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
• Step 6 In the oil mixture add, driving one at a time, eggs.
• Step 7 Add the sour cream. Beat the mixture.
• Step 8 In portions add flour to the mixture, mixing it with a spoon.
