Stewed vegetables can be served as an independent dish or with pasta on a side dish. Preparation: Cut the zucchini into small slices. Grind the onion. Grate the carrots on a grater. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grind the garlic. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into small slices. Chop the parsley. Preheat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Put onions and carrots in a frying pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the zucchini, stir. Add the Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes. Stir thoroughly all vegetables, add salt and black pepper to taste. Stew for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and parsley, stir. Immediately submit.
