We warm up a little olive oil in a frying pan, put in it minced meat. Mash the forcemeat with a fork so that it is evenly distributed throughout the frying pan. Prepare minced meat on medium heat - it should not be fried, but as it were stewed in its own juice. In the meantime, we clean and cut thin half-roots carrots. Next, shredded celery. Slice the onions into thin semirings. When the liquid in the frying pan is evaporated, and the mince is roasted to a brownish hue, mince the salt and pepper, and add the appropriate spices - I added a bit of fresh thyme and rosemary. We squeeze into a couple of garlic cloves. Add the minced vegetables and soy sauce. Mix and cook on medium heat until the softness of the vegetables (if the mince begins to burn - add a little water or broth). We serve hot. Bon Appetit!
