In a bowl, whip together flour, cocoa, soda and salt. In another bowl, placed over a pot of boiling water, place the chocolate, butter and brown sugar, stirring frequently until the chocolate completely melts. Remove from heat and mix, allow to cool slightly. Add the egg to the chocolate mixture. Beat the mixer at low speed. Gradually add a mixture of flour. Divide the dough in half. Roll out each half to a thickness of 6 mm, lay on a baking sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Using a cookie cutter, cut out the hearts.
