Soup from turkey In dietary nutrition, more and more popular dishes are harvested from turkey meat, which is very interesting to taste and only remotely resembles a bird. If you make this soup using fillets and not a hot tomato sauce, you can safely recommend it in a baby food, for others I recommend preparing a rich broth from turkey shanks.
Ingredients:- Turkey's drumstick 2 pcs.
- Red kidney beans 1 can
- Water 2500 ml
- Tomato sauce 300 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Salt 1 tbsp. l.
- Fresh dill 30 g
- Step 1 To make soup you will need: turkey shanks, water, canned beans, tomato sauce, onions, potatoes, dill greens and salt.
- Step 2 Stir turkey shanks under running water, dry and dip into boiling salted water.
- Step 3 In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onions.
- Step 4 Closer to the end of cooking shins, cut the potatoes into large cubes or cubes.
- Step 5 After about an hour and a half (depending on the weight and age of the bird), when the calves will soften them from the broth.
- Step 6 Start the potatoes and cook until done.
- Step 7 Cool the lower leg.
- Step 8 Remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces.
- Step 9 Add the onions and chopped turkey meat to the potatoes.
- Step 10 After 5 minutes, add the beans, tomato sauce and dill greens, cook another 5 minutes and the soup is ready.
