1. Strawberries


A handful of strawberries contains more vitamin C than in an orange or grapefruit. And according to the research of American doctors, this vitamin is extremely useful for the skin, because it struggles with free radicals that cause aging. Ultimately, it prevents the appearance of wrinkles and slows the process of thinning and drying the skin.

What to do with it? First of all, there is more. Secondly, make a mask for this recipe: in a conventional blender, mix a cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (raspberries and blueberries will also suit), a cup of vanilla yogurt and half a liter spoon of honey (honey perfectly moisturizes the skin). Generously grease the face and wait about 8 minutes, then boldly washed off. You can conduct the procedure once a week.


2. Olive oil

What to do with him? Drink 3-4 cups a day, adding juice or pulp of lemon - this will double the beneficial effect.

Or use as a remedy for bags under the eyes. The recipe is simple: in the morning we make two tea bags, then take them out of the water and put them in the refrigerator. Chilled bags are applied to the eyes for 10-15 minutes. The green hour contains the substance of tannin, which tightens the skin, thereby removing the swelling of the eyelids and bags under the eyes.


4. Pumpkin

5. Pomegranate

Or cook here such a scrub to remove dead skin cells: cut from the pomegranate thick peel, break the fruit in half and put half in a cup of water for 5-10 minutes.
