Apple pie with ginger and cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Lubricate the square baking sheet. To prepare the filling, cut the apple into cubes. Mix with sugar, cornstarch and ginger. Set aside. 2. To prepare the sprinkle, in a large bowl, beat up sugar, spices and salt with melted butter until smooth. 3. Then add flour and mix with a wooden spoon. The mass should resemble a solid dough. Set aside. 4. To make a cake, mix a small bowl of sour cream, egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. With a mixer, mix the flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt. 5. Add the butter, cut into 8 pieces, and a spoonful of sour mixture, whisking the mixer at medium speed. Increase the speed and whisk for 30 seconds. Add the remaining sour mixture to two batches, whisking for 20 seconds after each addition. Put half a cup of dough aside. 6. Put the remaining dough on a baking tray. Smooth with spatula. 7. To lay out a stuffing. Then put the reserved dough on top and smooth it over top of the filling. 8. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake cake 45-55 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
