Strawberry kissel

Remove the zest of a half of lime. Boil the water with sugar, send there strawberries, zest and Ingredients:

• Strawberries - 500 Grams
• Water - 2 liters
• Potato starch - 3 st. spoons
• Sugar - 6 Art. spoons
• Lime - 1/2 Pieces (lime is not always at hand-it is possible without it)
• Vanilla pod - 1/2 Pieces

Instructions

Remove the zest of a half of lime. Boil the water with sugar, send there strawberries, zest and half vanilla pod. In parallel, in a glass of cold water we breed starch. When our strawberry compote boils, we get out of it zest and berries. We pour into the compote a starch mixture. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. We take out the vanilla pod and discard it. Actually, the strawberry jelly is ready - it remains only to pour and serve :)
