Attitudes toward sex among Arab men

Looking at the Arab men, most women get the impression that they have thoughts in their minds instead of thoughts, and crazy wine flows through the veins. They know how to stupefy, intoxicating with their beautiful compliments, which our ladies have never heard in life. They give the woman that fairy tale she dreams about, knowing how to beautifully present a parable about the meaning of life and the unearthly love that they saw in her eyes. Where does this skill of oriental men seduce, what is behind these beautiful words and what is the true attitude towards sex among Arab men? Read about it below.

It all starts with religion

The religion of the Arabs is Islam, on the whole it is positive about sex. Mohammed, as his contemporaries testify, was distinguished by special impressionability and sensuality. It was the personality of the Prophet Mohammed that promoted a higher, genuinely benevolent attitude toward sex than, for example, in Judaism or Christianity. According to the Qur'an, during the creation of man, Allah used not only dust and earth, but also seed and coagulated blood. Islam recognizes that Allah had a seed, that he approved sex as a value, as a blessing, that marriage is something coming from Allah. The woman was always seen in Islam as a sexual partner of a man, Allah was thanked for the creation of perfect feminine beauty, for her charm, the ability to excite a man, for the beauty of her hair, eyes and lines of her body. But still the general orientation has always been male. A man has always been regarded as a more exalted being in comparison with a woman who is the property of a man and subordinate to his authority.

According to the Koran, sex is a blessing, a purely religious act. It is Islam that created a well-known model of sexual hygiene, the purpose of which is to keep the body clean. In the period of menstruation, a woman is considered unclean, and a person engaged in masturbation is worthy of a curse. The laws, sanctified by Islam, regulate sexual behavior, impose certain foundations, prohibitions and prescriptions. For example, the ban on homosexuality, as a departure from accepted norms of behavior.

Regarding women, the attitudes of Islam are very different: they are regarded as desirable sexual partners and friends, a source of valuable qualities, then they are credited with negative features, they are seen as a source of evil, a symbol of cunning. The low status of a woman is expressed in the famous book "A Thousand and One Nights". Many songs and books are full of the same descriptions of mental, physiological, sexual states, and also the advice that is in this book.

Polygamy

This phenomenon in Islam has the oldest sources. It all began with Mohammed himself. He married at age 26 on his own mistress Hadiya, a wealthy widow who is older than him for as long as 15 years. This marriage was happy and lasted 26 years. Mohammed was always faithful to his wife even many years after her death. But then, crossing the line at 50, he changed his views dramatically. Since then, Mohammed every "victory" over the infidels "marked" the next marriage.

According to tradition, a Muslim should not have more than four wives simultaneously. This law appeared and was relevant during the wars of conquest - then it was customary to take captives as slaves, marriages were permitted with Jews and Christians. Often there was also a model of a family with two wives - one wife and an unmarried girl (konkubinat). And today the number of wives for an Arab man depends on his social status, financial possibilities, the number of children, etc. But polygamy, for natural reasons, is not always in honor. Today even in very Islamic countries even very rich men have only one wife.

In Islam, women must live in a harem. The very word "harem" (from Turkish - garim) means "forbidden place". Harem serves as a dwelling for women and children, inaccessible to other men. Life in harems has never been a paradise for women. His numerous inhabitants were divided into categories (wives, slaves, concubines) and wove constant intrigues. Sexual needs for women in harems were often not met.

Islam, in comparison with Judaism and Christianity, shows greater tolerance for sex, emphasizing the tenderness, beauty of the body, the caress of a woman. His supporters are more liberal, although they negatively regard deviations in public sexual behavior. In the Muslim countries, the most beautiful and rich erotic literature, philosophy, even music with erotic overtones was created. Islam, expressing a vivid male dominant, rather highly appreciates a woman, her right to sexual pleasure.
