1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Prepare 2 trays. In a saucepan bring milk, water, rapeseed oil and salt to a boil. Remove the frying pan from the fire and set aside. 2. Add flour, stirring constantly with a whisk until the dough becomes plastic and can be kneaded with hands. Do not mix too long to make the dough hard. Add as much flour as necessary to achieve the desired consistency. 3. Add whipped eggs and granulated cheese. 4. Stir until the dough is thick. Add extra flour, if necessary. 5. Form small balls from the dough and roll them in additional granulated cheese. Put the buns on oiled baking sheets. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. You can also use the granulated Parmesan cheese in this recipe.
