Rolls of chicken fillet A very tasty dish, incredibly juicy festive chicken fillet rolls, wrapped in fragrant smoked bacon, with spicy, unusual stuffing of broccoli, greens, fried onions and butter. These rolls are ideal to serve in a hot form, but they are no less tasty as well! Serve garnish with greenery or rice. I recommend unequivocally, I just fell in love with this dish, I will cook repeatedly.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 1200 g
- Salt 3 tsp.
- Basil dry 2 tsp.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Butter 75 g
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Bacon 250 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Broccoli cabbage 500g
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we will need chicken fillet, smoked bacon (16 strips), onion, garlic, broccoli, parsley, butter, basil, salt, black pepper, olive oil.
- Step 2 Broccoli washed, disassembled on inflorescences and boiled almost until cooked (a couple of minutes in salted boiling water).
- Step 3 Each chicken fillet is cut lengthwise into two layers. Out of 4 fillets, we will have 8 layers, respectively, 8 rolls.
- Step 4 We beat the meat as possible as thin as possible, covering it with a food film to preserve its integrity. Salt and pep each beaten piece of fillet.
- Step 5 Boil the broccoli for 3 minutes in ice water to preserve the green rich color, then drain the water and cut the cabbage very finely (just cut it!).
- Step 6 Mix the chopped cabbage, chopped parsley, fried for 1 tbsp. l. olive oil finely chopped red onion, soft, melted butter.
- Step 7 Stir the filling, slightly salted.
- Step 8 We spread 2 strips of bacon, lay out the chicken fillet, on it a part of the filling (about 1.5-2 tablespoons).
- Step 9 Starting from one side, wrap a tight roll.
- Step 10 So wrap all 8 rolls. We put them in a baking dish. I have 1 roll not fit, baked it separately, so in the form of 7.
- Step 11 Lightly pour olive oil, sprinkle with dry basil, cover the form with foil and put in a preheated oven for 200 C. for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil, bake another 15 minutes at 180 C.
- Step 12 Our rolls are ready! We serve with salad, vegetable garnish, rice, mashed potatoes! By the way, rolls large enough are obtained, there are two portions, but one can be full!
