Ingredients. Cookies are slightly moistened in milk. Cottage cheese kneaded with a fork until the consistency of a homogeneous cream. Lay out the cake layers: a layer of cookies - a layer of curd mass, etc. until the ingredients run out. Sour cream, sugar and cocoa powder are mixed in a small saucepan, put on a fire, bring to a boil and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. When the chocolate glaze cools down, carefully lubricate the top and sides of the cake with it. We give the cake to stand for at least 20-30 minutes, after which we cut and serve it to the table.
