Rinse cauliflower thoroughly under running water and dry with a paper towel. We divide it into inflorescences with the help of a knife and fingers :) Then put a chopped butter in a comfortable plate, pour out the flour, garlic powder and gradually pour in the milk, stirring all the time. Should be a fairly liquid mixture. In this mixture, we omit each piece of cauliflower. Thoroughness here is not a problem;) Put cabbage on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send it to the oven, heated to 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Then reduce the degree of the oven to 160 and bake for another 20 minutes. Ready-made cauliflower can be bathed in some of your favorite sauce. I mixed it in a spicy Chinese sauce, adding a little olive oil. Sometimes I interfere in a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. Delicious! We put the prepared cauliflower on a dish and serve it as a snack. Bon Appetit!
