- Sugar - 2 Cups
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cocoa - 1 cup
- Butter - 200 Grams
- Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 1,5 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 1,5 teaspoons
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Flour - 3 Cups
- Freshly brewed coffee - 1 cup

Everything is simple. Absolutely all the ingredients, except flour mixture (flour, baking powder, salt and soda), put in a bowl for a blender and beat until homogeneous. In another container, make a flour mix of flour, soda, raspryhatelya and salt. In the flour mixture, we pour the mass from the blender and mix it thoroughly to form a homogeneous dough. A mold with a diameter of 26 cm should be laid with baking paper, the oven heated to 160 degrees. We pour the dough into a baking dish, put it in the oven and bake it for 1 hour at 160 degrees. After an hour, check the readiness - a match or toothpick pierce, if the dough does not stick to the match / toothpick, then the gato is ready (what an interesting pun :)). Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool a bit - and you can serve to the table!
