- flour - 23/4 Glass
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- unsalted butter, room temperature - 1 part
- sugar - 1 glass
- big egg - 1 piece
- extract of vanilla - 2 teaspoons
- colored sugar (preferably black and orange) - 1 part
- wooden sticks for ice cream - 24 pieces
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, whip together. Reduce the speed of the mixer, add flour and beat. When using two colors of colored sugar, pour each of them into a separate bowl. Roll out the dough into small balls. Put it in a bowl with sugar, so that each ball is completely covered with it. Insert a wooden stick on the center and place on a baking sheet about 1.5 cm apart. Bake until golden brown, from 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
