Custard for "Napoleon" can also be used for biscuits, honey and as fillings for eclairs and profiteroles. If you bake a lot of cakes for a cake, increase the amount of ingredients 2 times. Preparation: Beat sugar with eggs with a mixer. Mix in a saucepan of milk, egg mixture, vanillin on the tip of a teaspoon and flour. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Add softened butter and crushed nuts in the blender if they are used. Beat the cream with a mixer until smooth.
