Preparation:

1 egg, 2 tablespoons full-meal, 65 ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tomatoes, 1 stem of green onion, 1/2 avocado, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 sprigs of coriander, salt, ground black pepper, sauce Tabasco, 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt.
Preparation:
1. Separate the yolk from the protein, mix with flour and milk. Dough well knead and leave for 10 minutes. Dissolve butter, lightly cool and mix to the dough.
