On this the similarity between the two culinary products ends. The new "sausage" includes a lot of not only tasty, but also useful ingredients: dried apricots, dates, nuts, cottage cheese. Of course, although it is called sweet, but in this respect inferior to chocolate. But, by offering such a "sausage" to children, you will be sure that you give them a useful treat. Ingredients:- Biscuit shortbread cookies 400g
- Dried apricots 200 g
- Dates of dried 100 g
- Hazelnut 50 g
- Curd 200g
- Butter 100 g
- Oil of a walnut 15 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of sweet sausage we take: cottage cheese, dried apricots, nuts (you can any), dates, crumbly cookies (like "Jubilee"), butter. I add more walnut oil, but this is not an obligatory ingredient. If desired, you can add sugar.
