- bottled water - 3 liters
- karkade - 1 st. a spoon
- canned seaweed kelp - 250 Grams
- sugar - 1 glass
- lemon - 1 piece
- tincture of Eleutherococa on alcohol - 2 Art. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
In the water, put karkade and leave for a day, periodically shaking every 2 hours. In the infusion add laminaria and sugar, stir. Leave in a dark room for two days. Strain and fill in the bottles. In all the bottles, add on a slice of lemon, pour the tincture of eleuterroka and add salt. Leave in the refrigerator for a day. You can drink with ice.
