- rapeseed oil - 1 st. a spoon
- medium bulb - 1 piece
- of green bell pepper - 1/2 Pieces
- stalk of celery - 1 piece
- cloves of garlic - 2 pieces
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
- ground beef - 450 Grams
- tomato sauce - 450 Grams
- ketchup - 1/4 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Art. a spoon
- toasted buns for hamburgers - 4 pieces
In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, sweet pepper, celery and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables become soft, from 5 to 7 minutes. Add the ground beef to the frying pan. Cook, mashing the meat with a wooden spoon until it turns pink, from 6 to 8 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce into the beef mixture. Fry on low heat, until the mass thickens, stirring occasionally, from 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the mixture on buns, cover the remaining halves of buns on top and immediately serve.
