Winter drink Glintwein - a hot alcoholic winter drink. It is consumed in large quantities just when it gets cold outside. To do this, the wine is heated with spices, but not boiled. Use mulled wine immediately after preparation. You can not reheat mulled wine - it will completely lose the entire bouquet of flavors and flavors that you created. There are a lot of recipes for mulled wine. I propose to make mulled wine with the addition of ginger, cardamom and orange. It turns out an excellent taste bouquet, which I think will please a lot.
Ingredients:- Wine red semi-dry 380 ml
- Water 60 ml
- Carnation 5 pcs.

- Ginger dry 0.5 tsp.
