- Olive oil - 50 milliliters
Oat flakes are crushed with a blender. Add to them flour, cinnamon, eggs, milk and sugar. Whisk until the consistency of the dough for pancakes. Apples are finely-finely chopped (but not shredded in a blender!) And also added to the dough. Actually, now it remains only to fry our pancakes with olive oil. In the frying pan spread about 2 tablespoons of dough, fry about 2 minutes on each side. Everything, our oat pancakes with apples are ready. Serve with sour cream, maple syrup or any other sauce.
