Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and put in a large saucepan, add water, salt, add 1 cube of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook until the pumpkin is soft (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat, beat with a blender directly in a saucepan until smooth. Mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Pour into the pumpkin, stirring constantly. Put the pan back on the fire and add 200 ml of cream whipping all the time, and bring to a boil. The soup is ready.
