- milk - 1 liter

- eggs - 1-2 pieces
- flour - 3-4 cups

- ham, boiled eggs, green onions, mayonnaise, olives - To taste (filling)
1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves. Add 1 cup of flour and baking soda, stir. 2. Stir with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 1 cup of milk. Add the remaining flour and mix until smooth. Gradually add the remaining milk in a few turns, continuing to stir. You should get a batter. Allow the dough to stand for 10-15 minutes. 3. Using a ladle, pour the dough into a frying pan and fry the pancake on both sides until ruddy. 4. Grind the ham, boiled eggs and onions. Put into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise. Put the resulting filling in the middle of each pancake. 5. Grasp the edges of the pancakes with your fingers and secure with a toothpick. String olives on a toothpick and serve.
