- halves of chicken breast boneless, skinless - 4 Pieces

- mayonnaise - 1 glass
- hot sauce, salt and pepper - 1 To taste
Put the chicken breasts in a large closable plastic bag with lemon juice, olive oil and lemon pepper. Shake to cover the fillets and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the grill on high heat. Lightly grease the grill. Put the onion and mushrooms on the grill and cook to lightly charred on both sides; to put aside. Put the chicken on the grill. Cook for 15 minutes, turning over once. Remove from heat, cool and cut. In a large bowl, mix the onion, mushrooms, chicken and mayonnaise thoroughly. Season with sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and put in the refrigerator before serving.
